JIN LUCK
SUPPORTERS

MISSON

Empowering young talent
to forge new paths.

In Japan, many young individuals continue to hone their extraordinary talents through relentless effort and determination as they take on challenges.

However, courageous pursuits often come with hardship, and at times, their path is blocked by circumstances beyond their control.

When these ambitious individuals make sincere efforts, we want to stand by them, supporting their mission and empowering them to forge new paths in the face of adversity.

JIN LUCK SUPPORTERS is here to back the journey of talented and driven youth.

WHAT WE
LOOK FOR

01

Embracing Humility and Growth

We believe in the importance of staying humble despite possessing great talent, and fostering a mindset of continuous growth. We support those who push their potential and strive for mastery.

02

Exploring New Frontiers

Rather than focusing solely on market size or business potential, we value bold, daring endeavors that break new ground. We honor the courage to carve out new territories.

03

Embodying the Human Spirit

We value individuals who approach their mission with sincerity, never losing respect for those around them. We honor individuals with a strong sense of integrity and an appreciation for meaningful connections.

MESSAGE

Yoshihisa Jimbo
President

From a young age, I’ve had a deep love for both watching and playing sports. I’ve enjoyed watching baseball since kindergarten and played soccer throughout my school years. To this day, I’m moved by athletes who, through sheer dedication, compete at the highest level, such as the Olympics.

In Japan, we also have incredible artisans, artists, and entrepreneurs—people who, much like athletes, continue to push boundaries. Their exceptional skills, endless curiosity, and unique ideas have the power to change the world.

When I come across such remarkable talent—that I would never possibly reach—or the culmination of efforts beyond my imagination, I’m filled with awe. It reminds me how proud I am to be Japanese, knowing that our country is home to such incredible individuals.

Whether it’s in academics, the arts, craftsmanship, or sports, I want to support young people brimming with talent and passion. I want to see them reach even greater heights and shine on bigger stages. And if their success helps Japan’s future shine a little a brighter, that would be something truly special.

JIN LUCK SUPPORTERS was born from this vision of the future.

Our initiatives aren’t about returns or profit. We simply want to help these talented and driven young individuals take the leap forward, to overcome obstacles that might otherwise hold them back.

Because we ask for nothing in return, we hope the people we support have the heart to appreciate the trust of their supporters, the determination to see things through, and a strong sense of purpose.

It would be a privilege to stand behind their journey.

Profile

Born in Kurashiki City, Okayama Prefecture, Yoshihisa was raised by a father from Fukushima and a mother from Hiroshima. Due to his father’s frequent job relocations, he spent his early childhood in Ehime and his middle and high school years in Niigata.
In kindergarten, the first hat he received was a Hanshin Tigers cap, sparking a lifelong passion for Hanshin Tigers from a young age. He dreamt of playing baseball, but since his elementary school didn’t have a baseball club, he reluctantly started soccer instead, which he played through high school. While his team came close to qualifying for the national tournament during his school years, they fell short—though his desire to compete on the national stage never went away.
From a young age, Yoshihisa loved building model kits, but his clumsy hands left him admiring his friends who could assemble them with ease. Influenced by his father’s love for historical TV dramas, he developed a deep interest in history, with Ryotaro Shiba being one of his favorite authors.
During his university years, Yoshihisa pursued a degree in law, initially aspiring to become a diplomat. However, after discovering the writings of renowned business consultant Kenichi Ohmae, he shifted his focus to the business world and joined Andersen Consulting (now Accenture). In 2001, he founded his own business in Kyoto, and in 2003, co-founded Change (now Change Holdings) with former colleagues from Accenture, taking on the role of CEO. Under his leadership, the company was listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Mothers (now Growth Market) in 2016 and subsequently on the First Section (now Prime Market) in 2018. Yoshihisa stepped down as CEO in 2023 and currently serves as Chairman and Founder of Change Holdings.
Outside of his professional career, Yoshihisa is deeply involved in several personal initiatives, including the management of the JIN LUCK SUPPORTERS, the Jimbo Education Foundation, and supporting Peace Winds Japan through JIN LUCK Asset Management Co., Ltd. He is also a shareholder of Fukushima United FC (a Japanese football club from Fukushima City).
